The following terms apply to all products from Susa Asia Limited:
1. Minimum Order Quantity:
There is no minimum order quantity required.
2. Ordering Methods:
Customers can place orders directly on our website or contact our customer service department via email at [email protected] or by phone at (852) 3955-1449.
3. Order Confirmation:
We will confirm orders within one business day via email, or phone.
4. Follow-Up:
If customers do not receive an order confirmation within one business day, please contact us during office hours, and we will address the issue promptly.
5. OEM and Bulk Orders:
Customers interested in OEM or bulk orders can contact us directly for pricing negotiations.
6. Price Variations:
Prices for natural products may vary due to seasonal and climatic changes. Customers should be aware of price changes on our website.
7. Order Modification:
- If customers need to modify their order, they must notify us at least 3 working days before the goods are dispatched.
- For OEM and wholesale products, once payment is made and the order is confirmed, if our products are ready, the order cannot be modified (unless otherwise agreed).
8. Order Cancellation:
- If customers need to cancel their order, they must notify us at least 3 working days before the goods are dispatched and pay a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order amount.
- For OEM and wholesale products, once payment is made and the order is confirmed, if our products are ready, the order cannot be canceled (unless otherwise agreed).
