1. If customers request a return, they must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods and provide the following information:

- Customer order number
- Customer name
- Email
- Contact phone number (including area code)
- Name and quantity of the items to be returned
- Reason for the return

2. Refunds are based on the return of goods in their original condition, which includes: unused, unopened, and undamaged.

3. Refunds do not include shipping fees. If the original order had free shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from the refund (calculated at standard shipping rates).

4. A return handling fee of 10% of the total amount of the returned goods will be charged.

5. If the refund is issued in the form of a voucher credited to the customer’s registered account with our company, the return handling fee will be waived.
